01 Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 88fu ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our") and any individual ("you," "the Player," "the User") who accesses, registers with, deposits to, or otherwise uses the 88fu online gaming platform available at 88fu.org and any associated subdomains or applications.

By creating an account on 88fu, completing the registration process, making a deposit, or accessing any game or service on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the 88fu platform.

These Terms apply to all users of the 88fu platform, including Pakistani players accessing the service from Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, and all other cities and regions of Pakistan, as well as any other jurisdiction from which the Platform is accessible and not explicitly restricted.

These Terms should be read alongside the 88fu Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into and form part of this agreement.

02 Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and maintain an 88fu account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 88fu strictly prohibits access to and use of the Platform by any person under the age of 21. This age restriction is enforced through mandatory KYC identity verification and periodic account review processes.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is explicitly prohibited by applicable law, or in which 88fu is restricted from offering its services.
• You must be the registered account holder and the genuine beneficial owner of all funds deposited into and withdrawn from your 88fu account. Depositing or withdrawing on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list applicable to the 88fu platform, whether initiated by yourself or imposed by a regulatory authority.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, affiliate, or immediate family member of an employee of 88fu or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or technical partners.

Each player may hold only one (1) account on the 88fu platform. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 88fu uses technical and manual verification processes to identify and close duplicate accounts.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your legal full name, date of birth, valid email address, and Pakistani mobile number. Any intentional misrepresentation of personal information during registration is grounds for immediate account closure.

03 Account Verification (Know Your Customer)

88fu is required under its international licensing obligations and anti-money laundering (AML) compliance framework to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals and, in certain circumstances, before permitting continued use of the Platform following unusual account activity.

The Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process at 88fu requires you to submit the following documentation:

• Proof of Identity: A clear copy or photograph of a valid government-issued identity document. Acceptable documents include a Pakistani National Identity Card (CNIC/NICOP), valid passport, or provincial driving licence. The document must show your full legal name, date of birth, and a photograph.
• Proof of Address: A document confirming your current residential address, dated within the last three months. Acceptable documents include utility bills, bank statements, or official government correspondence. P.O. Box addresses are not accepted.
• Proof of Payment Method: Where 88fu identifies a need, you may be required to confirm ownership of the payment methods linked to your account. For JazzCash and EasyPaisa accounts, this may include a screenshot of the linked mobile account confirming the account number and your name as the registered holder.

KYC documents must be submitted digitally via the verification section of your 88fu account dashboard. 88fu aims to review and process KYC submissions within 24 to 72 hours during normal operating periods. You will be notified by email when your verification status is updated.

88fu reserves the right to request additional documentation beyond the standard KYC requirements where it deems necessary for compliance, fraud prevention, or player protection purposes. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal facilities or account closure.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on the 88fu platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 88fu does not apply currency conversion fees to transactions conducted in PKR. Any conversion fees applied by your payment provider (including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank) are the responsibility of the account holder.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount on 88fu is Rs 200. Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your 88fu balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, and 1LINK are typically credited within 15 to 30 minutes during standard processing hours. 88fu does not accept deposits from credit cards linked to gambling restriction programmes.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods that are (a) in the account holder's verified legal name, and (b) the same method used for a preceding deposit where reasonably practicable. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. All withdrawals are subject to KYC verification being completed on your account. 88fu processes approved withdrawal requests within one business day for standard accounts and within the same session for fast-track verified accounts.

Withdrawal Restrictions: 88fu reserves the right to require additional verification before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds as determined by internal compliance policies. Withdrawals may also be delayed or withheld pending investigation where 88fu has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

Failed Transactions: Where a deposit or withdrawal fails due to an error by the payment provider, 88fu will use reasonable efforts to assist in resolving the matter. However, 88fu is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking network outages, or circumstances beyond its direct control.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

88fu offers various promotional offers including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's terms:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. Players who have previously breached 88fu's Terms or have active account restrictions are not eligible for promotional offers.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new accounts on their first qualifying deposit only. One welcome bonus per person, household, IP address, and payment method applies.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements ("playthrough requirements") as specified in the individual promotion. Wagering requirements must be satisfied before any portion of bonus funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonus funds expire if wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity period. Expired bonus funds and any winnings generated from them are automatically removed from the account balance.
• 88fu reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, including where it determines that the promotion has been misused or exploited.
• Certain games may contribute differently — or not at all — to wagering requirements. The contribution percentages for each game category will be stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• Accepting a bonus constitutes your agreement to the specific terms of that promotion. If you do not agree to a bonus's terms, you should decline or forfeit the bonus before wagering commences.

88fu monitors bonus activity and uses automated and manual tools to identify bonus abuse patterns including, but not limited to, low-risk wagering strategies designed to meet requirements without genuine gameplay, stake manipulation, and coordinated multi-account bonus farming. Where abuse is confirmed, 88fu will void the bonus and any associated winnings and may close the account.

06 Betting and Gaming Rules

By using the 88fu platform to place bets or participate in casino games, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Bet Acceptance: 88fu reserves the right to refuse, restrict, or cancel any bet at its discretion, including but not limited to bets placed after an event has commenced (where in-play betting is not offered), bets placed on obvious pricing errors, and bets placed in circumstances where 88fu has grounds to suspect manipulation or fraud.
• Obvious Errors: Where a bet is accepted at an obviously incorrect price due to a technical error, human error, or data feed issue, 88fu reserves the right to void the bet and refund the stake at the correct price or void the bet entirely. 88fu will provide reasonable notice of such decisions.
• Game Integrity: All casino games on 88fu use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by independent third-party laboratories. The results of all games are final once confirmed by the system. In the event of a technical failure during a game session, 88fu's system logs are the authoritative record of the game state at the time of failure.
• Cricket Betting: Cricket markets at 88fu are governed by standard international cricket betting rules. Matches abandoned due to weather, ground conditions, or other external factors are settled according to standard market rules applicable to the specific market type. Players are encouraged to review individual market rules before placing bets on cricket events including PSL fixtures.
• Winnings: All confirmed winnings are credited to your 88fu PKR balance immediately upon settlement. Winnings generated from bonus funds remain subject to the wagering requirements of the applicable bonus until those requirements are fulfilled.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 88fu platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, potential permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances where legally permissible:

• Registering more than one account on the 88fu platform, whether under your own name or a false identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, navigate the platform, or interact with games in a manner not intended for human users.
• Exploiting software bugs, game errors, or pricing anomalies for financial gain. Any winnings resulting from known or suspected bugs must be reported to 88fu support and will be voided pending investigation.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage, including in poker, live dealer, and tournament game formats.
• Using the 88fu platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, scrape data from, or otherwise interfere with the technical infrastructure of the 88fu platform.
• Using payment methods belonging to third parties or using fraudulent payment instruments to make deposits.
• Engaging in behaviour that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward 88fu staff, live dealers, or other platform users.

08 Account Suspension and Closure

Voluntary Closure: You may request to close your 88fu account at any time by contacting our support team via the in-account live chat. Before closing your account, any remaining balance in your account will be offered for withdrawal to your verified payment method, subject to outstanding wagering requirements being either fulfilled or forfeited.

Closure for Responsible Gaming: If you request account closure on responsible gaming grounds — indicating that you wish to stop gambling — 88fu will close your account promptly and apply a self-exclusion period as requested. During a self-exclusion period, 88fu will make reasonable efforts to prevent you from reopening your account, including declining re-registration attempts using matching personal data.

Closure by 88fu: 88fu reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the Terms have been breached; (b) prohibited activities have been engaged in; (c) account security has been compromised; (d) regulatory or compliance obligations require the account to be restricted; or (e) the account has been inactive for an extended period per our dormant account policy.

Balance on Closure: Where an account is closed by 88fu due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where withheld funds are subsequently determined not to be associated with fraudulent activity, 88fu will return them to the account holder via the verified payment method on the account.

09 Intellectual Property

All content available on the 88fu platform — including but not limited to the 88fu brand name and logo, website design and layout, game interfaces (to the extent supplied by 88fu rather than third-party providers), text, graphics, promotional materials, and software — is the proprietary intellectual property of 88fu or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the 88fu platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any 88fu content without express written authorisation from 88fu.

Third-party game content provided by game suppliers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Play'n GO, Ezugi, and other certified providers remains the intellectual property of the respective provider and is subject to the provider's own licensing terms. 88fu licenses such content for display on the platform and does not claim ownership over it.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 88fu and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the 88fu platform, including:

• Loss of gaming session winnings or expected winnings due to platform interruptions, technical failures, or connectivity issues outside 88fu's reasonable control.
• Any financial losses incurred as a result of your voluntary gaming activity on the platform.
• Delays in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank.
• Unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to maintain secure login credentials or enable available security features.
• Decisions made by 88fu in good faith in the enforcement of these Terms, including account closures and bet voidances.

Where applicable law in your jurisdiction does not permit the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, the limitations above may not apply to you in full. In such cases, 88fu's liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by applicable law.

88fu does not warrant that the platform will be available on an uninterrupted, error-free basis. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may cause temporary service unavailability. 88fu will use reasonable efforts to minimise downtime and to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.

11 Responsible Gaming

88fu is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care toward players seriously. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools within your account settings, accessible at all times during your logged-in session:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits can be set or reduced at any time. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session Time Reminders: Configurable reminders that notify you of the duration of your active session at intervals you select.
• Reality Checks: Periodic pop-up notifications during gameplay displaying your session activity, net wagering position, and time elapsed.
• Cooling-Off Period: A temporary account break of between 24 hours and 6 weeks, during which you cannot access gaming services but can access your account for withdrawal purposes.
• Self-Exclusion: A permanent or long-term exclusion from the 88fu platform. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon confirmation and cannot be reversed before the elected period expires.

All 88fu users must be 21 years of age or older. 12 Privacy and Data Protection

88fu collects, processes, and stores personal data from registered users in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into and forms part of these Terms. By creating an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

88fu collects personal data including your name, date of birth, contact information, payment details, and gaming activity records for the purposes of account management, identity verification, compliance with anti-money laundering obligations, fraud prevention, and improvement of the Platform's services.

88fu does not sell your personal data to third parties. Your data may be shared with licensed KYC verification service providers, payment processors, fraud detection systems, and regulatory authorities where required by law or by 88fu's licensing obligations. All third parties to whom 88fu discloses personal data are contractually bound to use that data only for the specified purpose and to maintain appropriate data security standards.

You have the right to request access to the personal data 88fu holds about you, to request correction of inaccurate data, and to request deletion of your data where no overriding legal or regulatory obligation requires its retention. Such requests can be made by contacting 88fu via the support email address published on the platform.

13 Amendments to These Terms

88fu reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Changes to the Terms will be communicated to registered users via email notification to the address registered on your account and/or via a prominent notice displayed on the 88fu platform when you next log in following an update.

Where amendments to the Terms are material — meaning they substantively affect your rights or obligations under the agreement — 88fu will provide a minimum of 14 days' advance notice before the amended Terms take effect. During this notice period, you may close your account and withdraw your balance without penalty if you do not agree to the amended Terms.

Your continued use of the 88fu platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The current version of the Terms, including the effective date of the most recent revision, is always accessible on this page. You are encouraged to review the Terms periodically to ensure you remain informed of your rights and obligations.

14 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising under or in connection with them — including disputes relating to their existence, validity, breach, or termination — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 88fu holds its primary international gaming licence, without regard to any conflict of law principles that would result in the application of the laws of a different jurisdiction.

Dispute Resolution Process: If you have a dispute with 88fu regarding any aspect of your account, a bet settlement, a withdrawal decision, or any other matter arising from your use of the Platform, you should first contact the 88fu customer support team via the in-account live chat to attempt an informal resolution. 88fu will endeavour to respond to all formal disputes within 5 business days.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally through the customer support process, 88fu offers an escalation pathway to an independent Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) mechanism available through the Platform's licensing authority. Details of the applicable ADR provider and process will be communicated to you at the point of escalation.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent court or arbitrator to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be severed from the Terms and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect to the greatest extent permitted by law.
